How much deposit is required to book?

We ask for a 20% deposit when you book with us.

When is the final balance due?

Usually within the 4 weeks prior to the event

Do you use contracts?

Yes we use an online contract signing site, Esign. This gives our customers peace of mind that their booking is confirmed along with the details to the booking and clear terms and conditions

Are you Public Liability insured?

Yes, we are insured to the maximum of £10m.

Is your equipment PAT tested?

Yes, we PAT test any relevant electrical equipment on a regular basis.

Do you provide chocolate, fruits, treats & utensils with chocolate fountain hire?

Yes, everything required for use of the fountains are included.

With candy cart hire, are the sweets included?

Yes, everything required for use of the cart is included.

Something for Everyone

Having fun (and hosting an event!) is hard work. So it’s likely you and your guests are going to need something to eat during your event!

It could be a snack table so you can grab something savoury on the go. Or maybe something sweet, for a really indulgent treat.

If you want chocolate fountains or candy floss then we’ll also man the station for you – you don’t want any messy accidents!

We don’t provide full meal catering or silver service, but for relaxed catering, finger food, or just sweet treats we’ve got everything you might want.

A little of what you fancy does you good

From classics like chocolate fountains and general treat displays, through to more novelty items like candy floss and popcorn machines! Donut walls are also very popular.

All Dietary Requirements

Dietary requirements shouldn’t be a barrier to everyone having a good time! So, provided we know in advance, we can cater for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, nut intolerances, and guests who require halal food! Just let us know during our initial conversations and we’ll make sure there is something for everyone.
